The space Whether you’ve come on a solo getaway or as a group of friends we’ve taken great care to cover all the essentials so that you can spend more time on the things that matter most. Be connected by train, tram and bus all within one block’s walk, making for a stress free day at the beach or an opulent evening in the city. Car Next Door is also available in the area with Balaclava being the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula, Yarra Valley, and Dandenong Ranges. Your apartment comes complete with a travel guide written by your host to help you get the very best out of your stay, make yourself a cup of complimentary coffee, curl up on the sofa and start planning your adventure. Alternatively, snuggle under a throw, turn on the telly and watch Netflix on the complimentary unlimited WIFI. Our standard check-in is after 2pm and checkout is by 11am, but we can be flexible. No infant bedding is offered by the host. • Pets are welcome with advance request (a small extra cleaning fee applies). • After thorough research and due diligence we have recently enlisted Fresh Sheets to prepare for your stay. The property is in a small block of apartments in a residential area in the inner city. *Neighbouring noise should be expected. If you plan on bringing bub, a travel cot is available for use. Please bring along your own baby blankets as these are not provided. With so much to see and do, you will be wanting to extend your trip or return time and time again. Guest access The whole apartment is yours to enjoy. Other things to note We respect our neighbours, so please be considerate of noise levels and note that parties and smoking inside the apartment are not permitted. While pets are welcome, please keep them off the furniture. We have provided some bowls for food & drink but please bring your own pet bedding.
