A freshly renovated, spacious 1 bedroom condo at Kandi Tower 1 (55 sqm), with 200mbps private Converge Fiber Wi-Fi, located just a few minutes away from Fields Ave/Walking St. Our unit is located on the third floor, and has been freshly painted and decorated. Free daily maid cleaning is available - simply request this from the guard at the front desk. There are 24/7 armed guards within the lobby, stationed next to a 24/7 convenience store and two restaurants. The space Our unit is freshly renovated to provide a clean, comfortable, secure stay with private Converge Fiber wifi and a FREE daily maid cleaning service. Our unit does not contain a balcony or view, but we believe the additional unit space and amenities make up for this! There is also a public table and chair just outside the unit (please also use this area for smoking). The following is included in the unit: ✓ 55" Android Smart TV with cable TV and NETFLIX. ✓ Brand new bedframe with hotel comfort covers and 4x pillows, with a large wardrobe for storage. A workspace with a computer desk and chair is also available in the bedroom. ✓ Shower with high water pressure and hot/cold lines. Body wash, shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste are all provided. ✓ Fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, air-fryer, toaster, microwave, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, utensils, wine glasses, mugs & coffee cups) for those who like some home comforts. 🧹 Housekeeping Service: ✓ A daily cleaning service is available, free of charge. To request this, please ask the on-duty guard or our caretaker. This service is typically available from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. Please note that the maid service is unavailable on public holidays. Tower 1 & 2: - This is where you shall be staying. The ground floor contains two restaurants, a convenience store, and a foot spa that also offers home-service massages (just ask inside!). There is a free-to-use swimming pool on the second floor, and the rooftop also has a restaurant area with delivery from the ground floor (plus an additional grill), a billiards table, and a gym. Grosvenor Square: - Located just a one-minute walk up the road, with a spacious ground-floor swimming pool. Kandi Tower 3: - Located just a two-minute walk up the road. Contains a very spacious lobby with a restaurant and billiards table. The restaurant is also available for delivery straight to your unit. The second floor also contains a hair salon. Tricycles are available pretty much 24/7 outside of Tower 3 for your convenience (or you can simply ask a guard to call one for you). 'Grab' app and blue taxis are also available for those who prefer car transport. Other things to note We do our absolute best to provide the best, hassle-free experience possible for our guests.
