In the middle of the Styrian wine roads, surrounded by vineyards, the house invites you to relax and linger. The space There are numerous marked hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. The evenings can be enjoyed to the fullest on your own terrace in the middle of the vineyards or at the numerous Buschenschänken. Seating, sun loungers, parasols are abundant. On the ground floor is the living area with a living room, kitchen + dining area, toilet and bathroom with rain shower and washing machine. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an electric stove, fridge, dishwasher and dishes. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 x 1.80 m). From fried eggs in the morning to steak in the evening, the versatile grill can be used on the terrace. A fire bowl is also available for guests to use, but firewood is available. For cooling down in the warm season, an outdoor solar shower, two trekking bikes and a ping-pong table are available for Friday activities. Autumn is chestnut and storm season on the South Styrian Wine Route! With the chestnut oven and the sweet chestnuts from your own chestnut tree (in late autumn), you can roast the chestnuts yourself. Guest access Directions: Coming from Gamlitz, turn right on the Eckberger Weinstraße at the Weinrefugium Brolli into the Rennerweg. After about 300 m, turn right again into Lederhaasweg and then after about 50 m, turn right again into the unpaved Skerbinekweg. After about 350 m (short forest), turn left, then keep right and follow the path above the Brolli villa for about 100 m to the gate. The gate can be opened mechanically by hand - right in front of the gate there are 2-3 parking spaces for cars (marked with "P"). Please always close the gate to keep the game away from the vines. From the car parking space, the gravel path to the vineyard house (about 70 m) is tackled on foot - experienced drivers (or with an all-wheel drive vehicle) can of course drive the short way directly to the house. Local tax (€ 3.50 per person per night) and drinks from the wine refrigerator (bar list) are not included in the amount and must be paid at the end of the stay.
