Welcome to our home! We rent out our family apartment when we're out :) Come and enjoy Annecy for a few days with the benefit of a private garage. The apartment is ideally located, a 5-minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the historic town center. On the 6th floor with an elevator, you'll be charmed by the exceptional view. Sheets and towels are provided. We look forward to welcoming you soon :) Laurence and Valentin The space The 100m² apartment includes: - 1 adult bedroom (1 double bed) - 1 child's bedroom (2 single bed) - A spacious living/dining room - A long balcony - A fully equipped kitchen - A bathroom with a bathtub/shower - A separate WC PS: A dressing room, two bedrooms, and two closets will not be accessible so we can store our belongings :) Guest access - Pedestrian access to the 6th floor with elevator, please note there are a few steps to climb at the bottom of the building - Car access from the street with a badge opening a garage door leading to an interior courtyard Other things to note A grocery, bakery and pharmacy are less than a 5-minute walk away.
