A front apartment with a balcony, renovated and cozy in the best region of São Paulo, is just a few steps from Shopping Jardim Pamplona, Carrefour supermarket, movie theaters, Competition gym and great restaurants. The building is located on a quiet, wooded cul-de-sac in the charming Jardins neighborhood and has easy access to public transportation and the most important points of the city (15-minute walk from Avenida Paulista, Rua Oscar Freire and Ibirapuera Park). The space The apartment is equipped and decorated for short and long stays. The living room has a sofa bed, table for 4 people, rack and panel with cable Smart TV connected with fast internet. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, two bedside tables, an LED panel, a wardrobe with sliding mirror doors large enough for long stays, and a new split air-conditioner. Bed and bath linens are super soft, clean and ready for use, we have availability to change them if necessary. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, air fryer, 2-burner cooktop, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, and all the utensils you need to prepare and serve your meals. The bathroom is new with a blindex shower, washer and dryer, and hairdryer. The environments are integrated, but there is a sliding door that provides privacy to the dorm and curtains in the bedroom and living room for your comfort. Guest access Guests will be required to submit their full names and government-issued photo ID number in advance. Guests have access to all common areas of the building, such as the gym, swimming pool and covered garage at no additional cost. The condominium has a 24-hour doorman for your safety. Other things to note We offer cleaning and change of bed and bath linens for stays longer than 7 nights. If a change of bed or bath linens is requested in less than 7 days, an extra fee will be charged.
