Studio in the center of Bellevaux No. 1

Your 24 m2 studio is located on the first floor of a building called "La Cascade". It was a hotel that stopped operating in 2018. The quiet and peaceful room contains two single beds, a dining table with two chairs; a small kitchenette area with fridge, 2 hotplates, microwave, kettle and dishes. There is a separate private toilet and bathroom. A nice private balcony is at your disposal, as well as a beautiful common outdoor area. The room contains two single beds, with the possibility of bringing them together (see photos); a small kitchenette area with fridge, 2 hotplates, microwave, kettle and dishes. You will find a dining table with two chairs. On the desk, a small television will be at your disposal. The bathroom (shower) and toilet are separate. The room has a private balcony. There is an outdoor table with 2 chairs, enough to fully enjoy the beautiful summer days. All for an area of 26 m2. We can provide you with a folding crib on request, which you can easily install in the room. You will have at your disposal a vacuum cleaner, a broom, a mop as well as the necessary for cleaning (see section "Other remarks"). Guest access Your accommodation is in the center of the small village of Bellevaux, close to shops: a supermarket with gas station, a butcher shop, a bakery, a bar-tobacconist, a laundromat, a souvenir shop, a tourist office, and a beautiful church open all day. From your accommodation, there are many easy walks, including along the Brevon River to the waterfall. In summer, you are close to a tree climbing park and "Via Ferrata" of several levels. Many hikes will take you to the surrounding peaks in summer, with the option to rent electric scooters. In winter, many hikes are accessible with snowshoes, which you can easily rent in the village. You are 10 minutes from the two small ski resorts. During the school holidays, you have free shuttles next to the accommodation, which will take you directly to the ski resorts. On the one hand, Hirmentaz, recommended for families with children and its view of Lake Geneva. On the other side, the Chèvrerie which connects with the Grande Terche; with large slopes, in wild landscapes under the Roc d'Enfer, for more experienced skiers. On each side you will find ski schools, equipment rentals, and restaurants. Possibility of dog sledding. Bellevaux is conveniently located between Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc to allow you to discover the region, with many typical or prestigious sites: Evian, Thonon-les-Bains, Yvoire, Geneva, Annecy, Morzine, Les Bains de Lavey in Switzerland, etc. We live on the first floor of the building, and we will be happy to host you, inform you of any special requests and advise you on your leisure activities. Other things to note For parking, a large free parking lot located right in front of the apartment is available. In general, parking spaces are easily found and free in Bellevaux. Throughout the year, a paid bus line passes by the apartment several times during the day to go to the city. We leave you the possibility of cleaning the room or not on the day you leave: If you do the cleaning yourself, no cleaning fee will be asked of you. If you don't want to do the cleaning, we will do it for you at the end of your stay, but we will ask for an additional 50 euros.
