Bathroom and kitchen in the MAIN HOUSE just 50 steps away, for shared use with the hosts! Kitchen not suitable for a 5-course meal A large, 2000 m² garden invites you to chill, play and barbecue. Conveniently located between Nuremberg, Bamberg, Würzburg and Rothenburg. 12 km to the A3. The space Self-built tiny house, approx. 14 sqm of living space, approx. 2.20 m x 6 m. Heatable with a gas stove and oil radiator. Well insulated and also habitable in winter. The fully equipped small kitchen with microwave, air fryer, etc., and the bathroom in the main house are for shared use. A dry toilet in the garden is available for the exclusive use of the guests. Please coordinate the use of the grill and fire pit with me or Charly because of the risk of forest fires. Emergency folding mattress for big kids. High chair, bicycles, please inquire in advance. You can park your vehicle at the property free of charge. Guest access Tiny house and functional rooms with kitchen and bathroom in the main house are at your disposal. Please note that the kitchen and bathroom are also used by us as hosts! Other things to note Check-in and check-out is completely straightforward via a key box with a numerical code. You have keys to the tiny house and the main house. We are happy to welcome our guests personally.
