The dining room has plenty of room to entertain. And of course a fully stocked kitchen for anyone who likes to cook! The entire unit, including a private patio with breathtaking views of the river is all yours! The apartment is up a set of 13 stairs. You will have access to all of the rooms in the apartment. I live in one of the other apartments incase you need anything! I will give you your privacy but be available if you need anything Walking distance to restaurants, breweries and shopping! I love being close to the parks, and there are numerous fun events going on downtown all the time to partake in! 1 off street parking spot is included. There is ample on street parking. You can walk to almost all the restaurants and breweries in the summer or winter via the river walk and the pedestrian bridge that crosses into Lewiston. There is a backyard however it is private and not for guest use. There is a park 3 houses down which leads to the river walk. Included with the unit is 1 off street parking space. We are on a very quiet side street with plenty of off street parking. We are a very well-behaved dog friendly building, but, due to allergies cannot host cats at this time.
