Our apartment includes: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 140 cm wide. {max. 2 people sleeping} Living area with digital TV with radio channels & free Wi-Fi. The apartment has, among other things: a fridge, a gas hob (4 burners), a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a blender, an air fryer, an oven and a vacuum cleaner. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, mirror, storage cabinet, hairdryer, towels. Central heating in the living room, bedroom & bathroom. Fan in the bedroom (standing model). Large fan in the living room (free-standing model). Always available on arrival: bed linen, towels, tea towels, dishcloth, washing-up liquid. Available for the first day: toilet paper, tea, coffee pods, sugar, coffee milk. Safety: smart smoke detectors, CO detectors, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, first aid kit and camera surveillance {only in our garage} Free Wi-Fi. Washing machine in the garage, use by arrangement! No tumble dryer available. You can park in a large car park a 2-minute walk from our apartment, and it is free. Bus station is a 1-minute walk away. Train station 10 minutes away by car {Purmerend} Train station 25 minutes away by car {Amsterdam} Shops are within walking distance. IF YOU GO SHOPPING OR LEAVE THE DOOR FOR A LONG TIME, PLEASE TURN DOWN THE THERMOSTAT, THANK YOU IN ADVANCE. THE BED IS 1.40cm WIDE, PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO ACCOUNT. AND OUR SOFA IS NOT A SOFA BED FOR HYGIENIC REASONS ! WE HAVE A SPHINX CAT THAT SOMETIMES WALKS IN THE GARDEN, THIS SWEET SPHINX IS ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER THE GARAGE OR THE APARTMENT. TOURIST TAX IS €4.60 PER PERSON PER DAY {2026} THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
