Happy to interact and help if possible or good to leave ya be. Located in a quiet neighborhood, w/quick access to the 405, 101, 170, & 134 fwys & 1.8 miles from the North Hollywood Metro stop. Also ideal for Warner Brother Studios (5.5mile) and Universal Studio (5.5mile) visitors. Hollywood & Griffith Park Observatory are ~10 miles away The space The property is tucked away down a narrow publicly accessible pathway. There is an HOA so I ask that you remain mindful and courteous to neighbors you may encounter. There is no common outdoor space but I invite you to share the balcony for morning coffee or quiet time, which has a lovely view of a large Liquid Amber tree. Guest access You will have shared access to: • the kitchen: including the top shelf of the refrigerator and a shelf or two of limited pantry space. • the dining table upon request • the living area upon request During your stay Myself & (male) partner live in the space. We are happy to connect, socialize, break bread, share stories, offer recommends, etc should you be welcoming and interested in that. If you are more introverted, we can gladly respect those boundaries as well. Other things to note Please absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind (cigarette, cigar, spliff, joint, vapes). I am a smoke free home and out of respect for my neighbors no smoking is permitted outside in front of any other unit. If you must I recommend a walk around the block. The room is upstairs and only accessible by a staircase. Please do not use the bathroom to dye your hair. UPDATE: My boyfriend is moving in & is the listed CoHost…this does not change anything about the accommodations but is a new body in the shared spaces.
