The Danube House is ideal for recreational activities for lovers, families, and friends. We designed it to leave the noise of the world behind and find comfort. Duna House is ideal for outdoor-loving families or a big group of friends. It is located fairly near to Budapest and was created to offer an environment where you can leave the noises of the busy living behind to relax and recharge. The home is tastefully decorated and equipped with most things to make your short getaway a great memory. The space The lower level offers a living/dining room with a fire place, a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The upper level has a living room with sleeping for 3 and a huge bedroom with the option to accommodate 6 people equiped with heating and cooling AC. On the covered back porch you can have your morning coffee while listening to birds, you can spend a lazy day reading, socializing with your friends, or even spend a meal on a rainy day. The small yard offers possibilities for traditional outdoor cooking and grilling and also for sunbathing. There is an electric jacuzzi avaliable at request. The pier has few fishing pole holder stands and a bench. Inside, there is an umbrella for the sun. You can bring out the folding chairs and enjoy the proximity of the water. The letter at the front side, offers easy access to your own watersport equipment or bathing. Guest access Larger groups can use the whole house, but for smaller numbers, we will close off certain parts of the house due to the profitability of cleaning. The hot tub can be used by prior arrangement and for a separate daily fee. The terrace, the courtyard and the jetty are at the disposal of our guests. If there is a bigger group then the whole house is available, but if it is only a couple of people, some areas of the house can be locked to reduce the cleaning time. The hot tub can be accessed and used with extra daily charges. The porch, the yard, and the pier are also available for guests. Other things to note Please take care of your and your children's safety near the water. The entrance gate can be locked to keep small children safe near the water. The fireplace must be loaded by hand. Please do not make noise after 11 pm, respect the local regulations regarding the rest. It is your responsibility to comply with local fishing regulations. Please watch the children and your own safety around the water. The gate can be locked to avoid small children getting to the water's edge without supervision. Feeding the wood-burning fireplace is your responsibility. Please respect the local community rules for quiet hours. No loud noises after 23:00 (11 PM) Please abide by the regulations for anglers and get your own temporary or permanent license. Registration Details MA21007026
