The main bedroom has a King size bed, en-suite bathroom and sliding stacking doors opening on to a private garden. Bedroom 2 is also en- suite with a Queen size double bed and lovely sunny sliding windows looking onto the garden. Bedroom 3, the bunk room, has two tri-bunks (double bed below with a single bed on top) . This room sleeps six children comfortably. The room has sliding stacking doors onto the pool deck. The family bathroom is situated just next door. The open plan living area has a great flow from the pool deck through the house to the dining area and outside covered braai area. The spacious lounge comes with a 55 inch smart TV and solid fibre connection. Sliding stacking doors open up onto the sunny North facing deck and garden. Tree house is very private and has plenty of shady, off street parking and boarders a green belt path that allows you to take a short walk over Da Gama Road down to the beach. Other things to note Their is very little if any crime in Cape St Francis, however the house is equipped with a very effective beam system that’s allows you to sleep with the doors open and the beams on for extra comfort.
