Other things to note - This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25. -- A mandatory pool heat fee of $25 per day is required from November to March. We aim to keep the pool at 86°F, but if outdoor temperatures drop below 70°F, the water temperature may decline. Please note that specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed. - This property has a maximum parking allowance of two vehicles. - Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*. (One Pet Max) *Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking. -Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
