PROPERTY DETAILS Upon arrival from 5pm, you will be immediately seduced by the many features of our 140m² villa. The accommodation is equipped with wifi and is fully air-conditioned and benefits from the Airzone system allowing you to set the temperature of all the rooms in the house to guarantee you the best comfort throughout the year. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: You will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need to feel at home. You can share a friendly moment around the central island of the kitchen. The dining room has a marble table for 6 people as well as 6 comfortable velvet chairs. An outdoor table for 10 people is also available for your use. On the living room side, you can gather together for a friendly moment or relax in a large U-shaped sofa of unique comfort. A screen connected with the built-in chromecast will allow you to watch the channels of the tnt, but also to share the streaming videos from your smartphone or tablet to the TV. A garage will be at your disposal to drop off your personal belongings for the duration of the stay. A washing machine, a stretcher, as well as the necessary for the maintenance of the house will be at your disposal. Opposite the garage you will find the ground floor toilet. As for the sleeping area, a master suite is waiting for you with a 160x200 bed equipped with a high-end mattress and mattress topper. A smart TV is also equipped with chromecast, so you can relax with a movie or listening to music. The suite gives direct access to the garden and Jacuzzi laid out on a terrace a few steps down. The en-suite shower room is equipped with a walk-in shower, simple vanity as well as storage closets. You will also find 3 large bedrooms fully equipped with storage closets. The first bedroom has 2 90x190 beds. The availability of a third bed is possible (it is located under one of the two beds). In the second bedroom, you will find a 160 x 200 bed giving access to a terrace with views of the mountains. Finally, in the third bedroom, you will sit in a 180 x 200 bed also giving access to the upstairs terrace. To ensure you have a unique comfort, our rooms come with premium mattresses and mattress toppers (bedroom 2 and 3). Exterior: A totally tiled pool, awaits you in the garden during the season.
