The space The guest suite is completely private with its own entrance. The suite has a spacious 1100 sq. ft of space. The master bedroom has a new king sized mattress. The main bathroom shower has walk-in siding glass doors with a modern look in an oversized space. . It has a full kitchen with all the cookware you’ll need and a full-size refrigerator. The living room is a large spacious area with all new furniture, a digital TV with Roku, Netflix, and the Disney channel all available for your entertainment needs; and electric fireplace that has variety of mood lighting options.. An separate office space with a WiFi printer that includes a small workout area with a large yoga mat as well as a basketball game. The patio has a full sized grill and chairs with a table and is enclosed with a small wooden fence with a gate to keep your furry friends contained within a small area although the entire yard is fenced. During the summer there is pool / club house access just a short walk from the house. The pool has A beach-type access into the water…meaning gentle slope access into the pool. The water is heated, lounge chairs and tables are available as well as outdoor grills. The pool is open on Memorial Day, May 27th 2024 to Labor Day, September 2nd 2024 Guest access The suite has is own private access with keyless entry so you can arrive any time. If the suite is not occupied, you can have earlier access. The gate on the left side of the house opens to a set of well-lit steps that lead to the entry way of the guest suite.
