Unwind on floating dock or relax on the outdoor patio. Easy access to the river to launch the kayaks. The entire house is yours to enjoy. The house is located on a street that follows the river. It is a rural area however, there are homes on either side of the Bungalow. If you enjoy fishing, there are Large mouth bass, Suwannee bass, red bellies, bluegill, catfish, mud fish in the river. You'll probably see large fish jumping during the summer. those are sturgeon and are protected. You do need a fresh water fishing license which you can get via the internet. Just search Florida Fishing license. If you are here to go scalloping you will need a saltwater license.
