The space Bright and spacious Goldsmith Studio, a jungle created by resident artists from a mechanics garage. The studio has tall ceilings with several large picture windows and sunlight keeping the space green and lush, inside and out, with a plethora of plant and animal life year-round. Expect the chirps and whistles of our two trained parrots and a Yorkie mix n Dane to brighten your day. Along with being a fully functioning jewelry studio upfront, there are 3 rooms all available on Air B&B with your host Kristin as a full-time resident. YOu MUST be animal friendly as they are loose onsite and will interact with you. The cute birds up in here are Scully age 31 and Pebbles age 2 live in the main space, please no touching without me to attend for saftey reasons. Due to them now being flighted, we require you to be cautious entering /leaving the space. You are in a living breathing space there are no aerosols allowed, no candles or incense, no essential oils, no vapes no smoking in the rooms or studio. The SECRET ROOM has an incredibly comfortable queen-size trundle bed with quality linens perfect for a single person for a long-term stay. */*UPDATE - We have removed the table seen in some photos and put in a couch and desk. We Have a 11pm to 8am Quite time which we expect you to abide so if you have to be up before 8am to get ready for work/school this is not a good match. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a private minifridge, for each room, a microwave, toaster, rice maker, and coffeemaker, and is fully stocked with dishes, etc. (no stove or oven - this can be negotiated with long-term stays) Again you are required to clean up after yourself this is a shared space, (ie. clean the coffee machine every day after use for the next guest.) The washroom has a tub & shower with great water pressure and is stocked with linens, soaps, and a hairdryer. Weed Friendly & All cigarette smoking outside. DUE TO COVID *We will require you to disclose your travel and health this includes and is not limited to vaccination status, and PROOF of a recent (72hrmax) negative covid test. (we have tests if you are high risk). *We no longer offer brunch but you do now have a dedicated mini fridge *Guests, Partys or Sleepovers are not welcome onsite please go elsewhere to socialize. For extra convenience, there is free Wi-Fi, CROME tv connection, and Netflix access. Coin laundry is available two doors down, and FREE street parking is available overnight along Davenport Rd. Other things to note Yes, expect LIVE ANIMALS on site. We have a dedicated maid she is on Wednesdays. Again this is a shared space so please clean up the bathroom and other common spaces up behind you, ALWAYS! Keep all Eating Endeavors to the Kitchen Table and Couch Area NO FOOD IN THE BEDROOMS. Workshops are run on weekends we ask that no major cooking endeavors are happening during our workshops and that clothing outside of your room is fully covered to keep the space professional during business hours.
