The space This is a 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom house situated in a quiet culdesac. Room 1 has a King Size Bed with an ensuite, TV, ceiling fan and separate access via a glass sliding door that opens out to the garden. Room 2 has a queen size bed. Room 3 has 1 set of bunk beds and a cot. All beds have Koala mattresses. Each bedroom has sun-blocking blinds/curtains and ample space for luggage storage. Room 3 has books and toys provided for young children to play with during their stay. The bedrooms are situated at the front of the house and the dining/living area and kitchen are situated at the back of the house and open onto the outdoor patio, garden and pool areas. The front of the house is north-facing. The house has polished concrete floors throughout and high-quality wool carpet in the bedrooms. Throughout the entire house, there are AC units for heating and cooling, the entire house can be cooled down within minutes on a balmy Byron day. This house is most suitable for 2 adults and up to 3 children. The house could cope with additional adults (grandparents etc) however in our opinion it does feel tight with more than 2 adults.
