Charming log cabin retreat nestled less than ten miles from highway 26 heading towards Asheville, NC. Looking to stay at a private/secluded property? This cozy cabin features two bedrooms that sleeps up to four people. A great place to disconnect and reset your mind! Less than 10 miles from nearby restaurants and convenient stores. Lots of hiking trails on SC and NC side. This cabin is equipped with pretty much everything your home has to offer! We provide basic amenities plus more! The space The winding staircase leads you to the master bedroom and bath upstairs which also has its own balcony accessible through a set of french doors. Don't care to climb the stairs? Second bedroom is across the hall from the kitchen which is easily accessible to everything you'll need! The partial wrapped around porch is the perfect place to relax and watch the sunset while enjoying a bottle of our complimentary wine. If you're an early bird, you're at the right place to catch a great sunrise while drinking a hot cup of coffee/tea that we've provided just for our guests! Don't forget that we also have a hot tub set right beside the back stairs in the backyard! Why not enjoy a nice soak and look at the stars? Don't care to be in the hot tub? How about enjoying our fire pit that's surrounded by comfortable chairs made locally here in the Upstate? Lastly, we even have a grill on the deck and a jacuzzi in the master's bedroom! Guest access The cabin has plenty of parking space. please stay out of the garage and barn. The stable needs some mending, but you are welcome to walk on the outside of it! We've placed aluminum recycling bins at all our rental properties as part of our family's commitment to giving back to our community. About the PAL Trail: The nonprofit organization PAL has purchased a historic 31-mile railroad that will be transformed into a beautiful bike and walking trail, connecting all our local towns and bringing exciting tourism opportunities to our area. How You Can Help: Simply use our aluminum recycling bins during your stay! 50% of all recycling proceeds will be donated directly to PAL to help fund this amazing trail renovation project. With limited government grants available, PAL relies on community support to make this vision a reality.
