Welcome to Rumah Bagus Antapani! We're another chapter from Rumah Bagus. Feel a quite big house in the centre of Bandung City, suitable for the family vacation, travelling/backpacker, or for short-trip. Check our IG @gruprumahbagus The space Located in the center part of Bandung where daily life continues in a typical urban structure. It is 3,5 km from Stasiun Kiaracondong, 5 km from Gedung Sate, approximately 6 km to Trans Studio Mall Bandung . It has 6 bedrooms where available to access. 1st floor: 2 Carport, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilet, dining room, kitchen, warehouse, BBQ spot 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms Facilities : - Single bed - Queen bed - Extra bed (kasur palembang 2, kasur extra 1, tikar rotan 2, bantal extra 8) - AC - Chair - Dining Table - Wardrobe - Bathrooms – shower and toilet - Towels, soap and shampoo, and hangers are provided - Kitchenette – stove and gas, mixer, rice cooker, water dispenser, cooking and eating appliances - Living room – sofa, fridge, dispenser and portable fans - Wifi Indihome speed up to 30 mbps is available - Android SMART TV including Netflix, Disney+ Hotstar, Spotify, Youtube, etc - Two carport – for two car, if you bring more than two, you can park in front of the building, but it’s quite safe. Prices : - Weekday IDR 1000k/night - Weekend/Peak Season IDR 1100-1200k/night The bedroom is designed ideally for 2-3 persons. More than 3 is less comfortable, we provide for extra bed. Rumah Bagus Rules 1. No prostitution/adultery/parties/music event 2. No alcohol, no drugs, no smoking/vape electric/pods inside the house 3. Please keep the noise level to a reasonable volume after 7 pm 4. Keep clean the cooking appliances and cutlery 5. Please use electricity wisely, turn off the light and devices before you left the home. 6. Remove shoes when entering rooms 7. Guest agrees to pay damages, if any device is broken 8. Please check again your belongings before check-out 9. Lost the keys = replacement fees Guest access You can access all areas Other things to note Quite hours in Rumah Bagus is at 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Televisions, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Please use electricity wisely, we aren't provide for electricity extra, you should buy it using your device/supermarket. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. As we are Muslims, we do not condone adultery and other disrespectful activities outside marriage. We also do not allow guests to invite other people to stay the night at our place -- aside from the booking.
