Beautiful old building apartment near downtown trade fair

This old building apartment is cozy and elegant at the same time. The rooms are star-shaped around the hallway. The apartment is close to the city center (7 min. by U-Bahn). It is very quiet, sunny and friendly. Behind the house you are quickly in the countryside to walk the dog. Nidda Park and Brentano Park are within walking distance. The fairgrounds are just one stop by U-Bahn. Leipziger Straße with its cafés and shops is a 4-minute walk away. The space The four rooms and kitchen are star-shaped around the hallway. Each room is accessible from the hallway. There is also a beautiful balcony with a fold-out table and hammocks. The other tenants in the house are quiet and incredibly nice. At the top of the house lives a friend of the family who can be contacted should there be any problems. A new residential area is currently being built in the area across the street. Nevertheless, it is very quiet and relaxed in our apartment. This has to do with the triple-glazed windows on the one hand, but also with the apartment itself on the other. It simply radiates a great peace and harmony. In the photo in the library, you can see my workplace. I have written a beautiful novel there in the past two years: "My lovely Shame."
