Other things to note The shore of our beach is constantly changing, sometimes it has a lot of sand and sometimes the level drops. But the water is always crystal clear, the bottom is sandy, excellent for water sports, bathing, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and SUP paddle boarding. Equipment is available for rent at the property. Usually the water is calm, but in occasions where the sea is affected by some weather system. When the sand level drops and access from the property is difficult, we have a sandy beach right next to the property. You don't need to take the car to get there.
