Nestled in the beautifully preserved village of Paleomonastiro, your holiday haven is 15 min from Trikala city buzz, ideally positioned to explore nearby attractions, while relishing the privacy of your secluded retreat. The space Casting great attention to maintaining its original character and style, we finished renovating my beloved grandpa Delicosta’s house in November 2022. We transformed the house into two autonomous, traditional and elegant apartments, that were perfected with supreme materials as well as high-quality, fine furniture to provide valued guest experiences. In the garden view ground floor apartment all guest areas are custom furnished and beautifully decorated, with wooden ceilings still evoking that immediate feeling of countryside warmth, openness and space. Free private parking is offered for up to 2 cars, secured behind lockable gates. The ground floor apartment features 2 master bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-diner, a private bathroom, a private terrace and a fabulous outdoor seating area in our garden. There is also a sitting room. Each bedroom comes with a wardrobe, which gives you plenty of storage, and a HD LED TV. In addition, we have invested in the purchase of high-quality mattresses so that our guests have a comfortable and restful sleep, while mattress protectives offer full coverage. In the ground floor apartment, “Kamara” bedroom features a double bed and a sofa bed that also converts to a double bed and will be set up for bookings of 5 people. There is also a HD LED TV. “Ondas” bedroom features two single beds that can also serve as a comfortable king size bed when joined together. (There is no gap whatsoever between the joined beds). There is also a HD Smart TV connected to the Internet with Netflix. Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (a hand towel, a bath towel and slippers per person), as well as basic toiletries (shampoo and conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, a toothbrush). The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The kitchen is fully equipped with every single utensil and appliance needed so you can rest assured you'll be able to cook your favourite home dishes. Wooden cupboards house all the equipment needed for a self-catering stay and you’ll also find a fridge-freezer, a cooker, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso espresso machine and an electric Greek coffee pot. In addition to the dining table for 4 people and dining sets for at least 6 people, a drop-leaf table is positioned in the kitchen-diner providing additional seating or counter space if needed. Guest access As of December 2023, Casa Delicosta comprises two distinct and separate flats, providing individual accommodations. The ground floor apartment with garden view accommodates up to 5 adults. Meanwhile, the first floor apartment with mountain view welcomes up to 4 adults. Each flat possesses its own unique key and private entrance. These residences are connected solely by an external staircase, maintaining complete independence between them.  Your stay grants you exclusive access to the ground floor unit, our beautiful garden and the private patio at the ground floor entrance. In the event that the apartment on the first floor is occupied for the same dates, the garden will be shared. We also offer free private parking for up to 2 cars, secured behind lockable gates. Rest assured, Konstantina is always available throughout your stay should you require any assistance or support. Other things to note Wooden ceilings: Kindly note that our appealing two-story holiday home features wooden ceilings, enhancing its rustic charm, ambiance and character. Despite our meticulous renovation efforts, which included every possible measure to reinforce the floor, the nature of wooden flooring between the houses may occasionally transmit sounds. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we prioritise a tranquil atmosphere for all guests’ comfort. Cleaning service: The linen and towels are removed from the property after the end of each stay and are replaced with freshly laundered supplies. Hosts are prohibited from providing any cleaning service after guests arrive and during their stay in accordance with local laws about short-term rental property. Parking: There is ample public parking space right outside the property. The parking privilege is granted to the guests who secured their reservation of the ground floor apartment for the same dates. However, if the ground floor apartment is free, you can use our private parking space for up to 2 cars inside the garden, the gates of which are locked. Earlier check-in or later check-out: We strive to accommodate your travel needs to the best of our ability. Depending on the arrival schedule of other guests, we may be able to offer flexibility with your check-in or check-out times if requested in writing.
