Other things to note •We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more. •This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to. •Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden. For everyone’s safety, smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises due to fire risk and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation. •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. •Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. •We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred. •To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit. •Snowfall varies in Colorado. For guests staying during late October through late April, we recommend driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle with winter tires. Winter storms can dump about 5" or more of snow at one time—it’s pretty magical, but can be hard to drive in, so preparation is key. Part of the road to our house is not county maintained and can be problematic for cars not properly equipped to handle snow. Our driveway is regularly plowed as needed during the winter months. You’ll want a 4WD or AWD in summer, too…lots of the local roads to hiking trails are unpaved and can be rocky. •We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $150 pet fee. We do not allow cats. •We have 2 security cameras on the outside of the property that record live video. One views the front porch, the other the driveway.
