Fantastic walks to waterfalls, lakes and forest are accessible from the doorstep. The house is a mere 5 miles from Zip World Fforest. The space 'Coed Bach' is spread over three levels, designed to take full advantage of the incredible views. Ground Floor Playroom The Playroom has a multi games table, a dartboard, board games, children's toys and books. Utility Room Perfect after a walk up the mountains! Plenty of space for drying coats, boots and wetsuits. Free washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. First Floor Kitchen Enjoy magnificent views from the kitchen and relax in the comfy seating area overlooking the Conwy Valley. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes granite worktops, an induction hob and a coffee machine. Lounge After a big day out (or just lazy days!), the lounge is the perfect place to relax in front of the wood burning stove and the 54 inch Smart TV. Second Floor There are three bedrooms in the house with luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding and towels. Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom) has a king size bed, 43 inch Smart TV and en-suite. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bedroom 3 also has a King sized bed and 32 inch Smart TV. Bathroom The bathroom is the ultimate space for relaxing at Coed Bach. It has a large walk in shower, WC, Vanity unit, bath and mood lighting. Outside There is an enclosed garden with glazed decking area with rattan furniture set. The hot tub seats 6 people and enjoys extensive views of the valley. *The property also has Superfast, fiber Wi-Fi. Guest access There is ample off-road parking on the gated driveway. The property is situated on a steep hill but there is a easier footpath to walk into the center of the village.
