The home's exciting resort amenities include a pool with optional heating, spa, a new putting green, propane fire pit and a large covered patio with a gas grill. The pool heat is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. The space Situated on a lake that is a dazzling oasis of tranquility, our magnificent home has 2 kayaks plus accessories so guests can explore the community waterways. Owners have also provided 2 bikes for those who enjoy sightseeing on 2 wheels and fishing rods for catch and release fishing in the stocked community lakes. The lakes are most popular for fishing Common carp, Largemouth bass and Channel catfish. With your first step into the graceful entry of our beautiful lakefront home you will fall in love with every inch of this splendid home and its amazing amenities. The primary suite has a deluxe king bed, TV, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and doors to covered balcony with extraordinary lake views. Ultra luxurious bath features a walk-in shower and sumptuous jetted garden tub with stunning sunset views. Bathroom accommodates 2 for primping with multiple mirrors and dual vanity sinks. Bedroom 2 has 2 queen beds, a ceiling fan and TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have king beds, TVs and ceiling fans. Bathroom 2 is upstairs and has a newly remodeled walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. Bathroom 3 is on the ground floor and includes a tub-shower combination. A hair dryer and soap are provided. Pack ‘N Plays are available to rent. Southeast of Phoenix, Gilbert is home to the Riparian Preserve with miles of hiking and equestrian trails and opportunities for wildlife and bird watching (approximately 250 species of birds have been sighted). We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation. The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement’s guest list. The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements. Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 10 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of ten (10). Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals. Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only. To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations. For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway. NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free. Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits. AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit. The pool heat is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum. Spa heating only with no pool heating is $30.00 per night, October 1 through April 30. There is a 4 night minimum. Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
