Please alert me if you’ll need parking as early as possible so that I can set things up for you. Although parking with me would be more convenient as it’s only steps away from your door there are surrounding paid lots off premises within walking distance. Cost of these are dependent on demand. Other things to note I am not responsible for any building mishaps out of my control such as amenities being out of service etc at the time of your stay. If you ask I can however give you the updated condition. Please keep in mind our cleaners are on schedule & if they can’t enter in fair timing it puts us last on schedule. If you check out more than 15 mins late without prior approval you will be subsequent to charges. Also if you prevent the scheduled check in of the next guest you will be subsequent to charges. Key replacement is $406.95 if the set is lost or $206.95 if one fob is lost. No refunds
