The space FAMILY ENVIRONMENT! House located in front of the main house. Street view. The Space has access via stairs, it is on the first floor. The house has a balcony outside. It has a parapet. It can be dangerous for children, people with special needs. We are not a hotel or an inn. It is a set of houses, located on the same plot of land. The priority has 3 security cameras in the shared outdoor area. There is a simple unpaved street, still dirt, which refers to all the simplicity of what we are: a small camp. A very private place, also perfect for lovers of reading and nature! The neighborhood is a super quiet place, and very peaceful for the residents. For those looking for excitement, the best time is between Christmas and April. For those who want peace and quiet, the best time for the tour is between the months of May and November. If you have any questions, please contact us via chat. Guest access Our DIFFERENTIAL is a VERY QUIET city and neighborhood. We have a haven of rest and peace and a lot of connection with nature. In the center we have shops nearby, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, gift shops, bikinis, utensils, police department, square, pizzeria, kiosks on the lagoon, gas station, music, and buggy rides. Everything is very close. It is located 12 km from downtown Arraial do Cabo. Other things to note -WE DO NOT HAVE BED, TABLE AND BATH LINEN AND PERSONAL HYGIENE ITEMS. IT IS THE GUEST'S RESPONSIBILITY TO BRING SUCH ITEMS. ALL PHOTOS ARE ILLUSTRATIVE. - We have a parking lot still under construction. Spots are on a first come, first served basis. We only have one space per reservation. - The pool is SHARED with hours of use between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. - For check-in after 6:00 p.m., the host will NOT be present. Please inform this detail in advance. - We do not store items forgotten by the guest. All are sent for disposal. - The guest must leave the house clean before check-out, we do not charge a cleaning fee. The amount charged to the guest is only to pay for the cleaning products. Leave the dishes washed. Clean stove and refrigerator. Take out your trash. Dispose of it in the ground floor bins. Sweep all rooms. Do not leave food scraps in containers, stove, refrigerator, microwave. - Houses delivered very dirty will be charged a cleaning fee to the guest in the amount of $150.00. - Smoking (cigarettes, electronic, hookah, etc.) or any psychoactive substance (illicit drugs) is not allowed inside the house or in the external areas of the property. Guests who behave in this way will have their reservation canceled, as the use of illicit substances is a crime. - On our property, the possession of firearms, ammunition or bladed weapons is totally forbidden and prohibited. Guests carrying such items will have their reservation canceled immediately. - Our quiet hours are from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. Even outside these hours, loud noise is not allowed. Use ambient sound. - We do not accept pets. - For damage and loss, we charge the guest responsible for the reservation the full amount of the damaged or lost object. - Our property has 3 security cameras on the shared exterior. - Any illegal activity on the property, such as sexual exploitation, human trafficking, illicit drugs, firearms, violence, arguments, or any other act that causes discomfort or risk to others in the place is PROHIBITED. - If you'd like to welcome a visitor to your listing, please let the host know in advance. For overnight stays, the visitor is charged $100.00. If you are not informed, the guest responsible for the reservation will be charged $200.00. - Parties and events: If you wish to hold a celebration in your accommodation, please inform the host in advance. Pay attention to all the rules and quiet hours. - Children are not allowed alone in the pool. They must always be monitored by a responsible adult. - All common areas (shared areas) must be kept CLEAN AND ORGANIZED by guests. Remember that after you, someone else will use that area. We do not have a 24-hour cleaning crew on site. Cleaning is performed only once a day. - The house has basic kitchen utensils (dishes, cutlery, glasses, and small pots). If you want any essential items for yourself, bring them. We don't lend utensils. If you wish to bring an air fryer or blender, it is allowed. - The property gates next to the pool are handled only by the hosts. They remain open or closed according to the need of the moment. In general, the gates remain open. Never close or open the gates without authorization. - In case of clogging of the toilet, drains or pipes, it is the sole responsibility of the guest if it is misuse, such as items thrown inside (toys, condoms, wet wipes, tampons, soap and objects, food scraps, grease). In cases of fecal clogging, the guest is also responsible for the clogging. The cause will be investigated. The fine charged to the guest will be in the amount of $200.00 (two hundred reais). The disagreement may be carried out within a period of up to 24 hours, to contract the service and labor. - Pay attention to your schedules. Check-in is always at 4:00 p.m. Checkout is always at 10:00 a.m. If you want to arrive early or leave late, check with the host.
