Nestled among the oak trees on Monteagle mountain with amazing views of the Fiery Gizzard reservoir, Twin Oaks tiny house is the perfect getaway! Explore the outdoors on hiking trails that lead to waterfalls, see concerts and enjoy eateries, and it's all so easy to get to! Lots of glass that brings the outdoors in if you just want to relax. Each season brings its own unique perspective. Twin Oaks is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Stay one night or stay a month, you'll love your time here! The space Our tiny home is situated on a large, corner lot to give you room to breathe! It features an open concept kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, frother, washer/dryer, microwave, blender, toaster and all the necessities. The living room has a large TV with wi-fi for your entertainment along with an electric fireplace for those chilly nights. There are also plenty of outdoor spaces for your family to enjoy ... screened in porch with dining area on one end and off suite covered porch on the other that leads right down to the cozy fire pit, a guest favorite gathering area to relax and enjoy the view! Opposite the fire pit, there is a large deck with several spots to sit and enjoy the surrounding oak trees and beautiful water view. The main bedroom has a comfortable, queen bed with double doors that lead out to the covered porch. A second bedroom, the loft, is another guest favorite area. It is a cozy spot complete with water view, fold down work area that kids love to use too and a cozy corner full of pillows to fall into and take a nap! No matter where you spend your time, you'll love everything about your getaway! Guest access As our guest, you'll have access to all neighborhood amenities, including lake access for kayaks and fishing, community pavillions and fire pits as well as a playground and kayak rental location! Our guests also have access to our sister community, the Retreat at Deer Lick Falls featuring an additional playground, hiking trails and access to the beautiful Deer Lick Falls waterfall! Both tiny home communities are gated. Other things to note CHECK IN TIME - 4:00PM CST CHECK OUT TIME - 10:00AM CST (NOTE: A $50 fee may be charged if guests are not checked out by 10:00AM CST on check out day.) We are sorry, but, NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED, no exceptions. PLEASE NOTE: If evidence of a pet or smoking on property is found after check out, a $250 will be charged for additional housekeeping fees. Due to space, we pride ourselves in keeping the tiny home and surrounding area as clean as possible for guests to enjoy. As our guest, we want you to enjoy your stay and we ask that you would please be respectful of all properties within the community which includes full time residents and other renters visiting the area. Please be aware that while our tiny is ready for guests, the community is still under development. We hope that you enjoy Twin Oaks as much as we do!
