Guest access Guests have full access to the house. Other things to note Refund Policy: If you used a credit card we will subtract the credit card fees from the total amount due. No Smoking or Vaping ($300 extra cleaning fee if smoking in the house/garage is detected) Pet Policy - Please Request Pet MUST meet ALL six criteria below: 1. Well-behaved dog ONLY! (No cats or other pets allowed) 2. Only 1 dog, must be under 40lbs. 3. Must be housebroken without history of accidents. 4. No excessive barking and destructive behavior when left alone. 5. Doesn’t chew and/or scratch doors, furniture, carpets, linens, etc. 6. Dog is treated with Advantage, or similar flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival.
