Room 1: Full large kitchen with granite countertops, plenty of cabinets, a very large luxurious tile shower off to the side kitchen, and bathroom toilet area split off all to itself on other side. Room 2: Bedroom area is also studio with sitting chair & ottoman with sliding door waterfront view. The cottage is set off back to the right side of the property in a slightly wooded area and overlooks the lake with the best view on the property. There is a concrete patio off the back of the sliding glass doors of cottage with Adirondack chairs to relax, sip coffee and enjoy the view of the lake. Pull into driveway, you will see the main house & park to the right of the main house up to your separate cottage building. The cottage is to the far right of the property. park as close up to the cottage into the woods as you like.
