Come and discover my haven of peace and enjoy a room in a central, elegant, spacious and peaceful apartment with a nice balcony. New and secure residence accessible to people with reduced mobility inaugurated in 2018. Quiet and residential area 2-minute walk to downtown, retail shops and amenities (supermarket, restaurants, public transport, etc.). The space Bright and spacious 4-room non-smoking apartment (possibility on the balcony sheltered in case of rain). Crossing, facing north, south and west and located on the 4th and top floor with elevator, it is shared with other guests (3 bedrooms). ~ Hot water and collective heating managed by the condominium with individual thermostat in each room. -> The living area consists of: ~ A shared kitchen open to the living room, furnished and very well equipped (complete appliances, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, waffle maker, Crep Party Tefal, fondue machine, raclette machine, electric plancha). Full access to the kitchen and its utensils. Coffee, tea or hot chocolate can be provided, not breakfast. Linens provided. ~ A shared dining room for 6/8 people ~ A shared living room with a cozy atmosphere equipped with 2 sofas, an armchair, a TV with Netflix access, myCANAL, Prime Video, a PS4, a Wii and a fan. Possibility to use the printer if needed. ~ A beautiful shared balcony equipped with a 2-seater bench, 2 armchairs and a matching coffee table, a deckchair as well as a hanging armchair ideal for enjoying a dinner aperitif in the shade or breakfast in the sun. White curtains for more privacy or to shelter from the sun. -> The night part consists of: ~ A shared bathroom equipped with a sink with a large illuminated mirror, a bathtub with curtain, a towel dryer, a hair dryer, a washing machine and a drying rack. Collective hot water managed by the condominium. Hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and individual towel provided. ~ A separate toilet. Toilet paper provided. ~ A comfortable non-smoking room (possibility on the balcony sheltered in case of rain), facing north and west, equipped with a cozy queen-size bed (160 x 200), a duvet, a bolster and 2 pillows as well as a mirror, a dressing room with several shelves, a drawer and a wardrobe available. Bed linen provided and lock with functional key. Collective heating managed by the co-ownership with individual thermostat in every room. Fan in summer. Guest access The kitchen, living room, balcony, bathroom and separate toilet are shared with other guests. During your stay I remain available for any questions or inquiries by phone or text throughout your stay. Other things to note I usually live with my two daughters, our affectionate and suspicious tabby and white kitty named Waya and our big teddy bear dog, a nice and talkative Bernese Mountain Dog named Rocky. We are away during the summer of 2022 but a risk of animal allergy is possible.
