Reconnect and rest at Palm Beach House over food and wine in a brand new architecturally designed home on Waiheke Island designed by Strachan Group Architects Earthy olive greens, spice hues and vintage decor make for a relaxing and calming space that reflects the surrounding landscape and connects to the natural world around it. Palm Beach is a short walk away for morning walks and swims. Some of New Zealand’s finest wineries are a short drive away. The space The entrance is through the outdoor room and connects to the kitchen for all weather entertaining. The downstairs outdoor room has 2 chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee with the birdsong. Sleeps 4 adults and up to 3 children across 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and 1 ensuite. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and ensuite for privacy. Bedroom 2 (queen bed) is downstairs and down the hall from the 3rd bedroom which has 2 bunks and a trundle bed. The top bunk is suitable for children over 6-years-old. The house has hardwood timber floors and soft carpeted bedrooms, and ducted heating/cooling. Furnished in 1970’s midcentury inspired and original furniture and decor to relax in after days spent exploring all Waiheke has to offer. Guests are welcome to use the BBQ, beach towels and bags. No check in on public holidays, please take this into consideration when booking. Portacot, high chair and bath bucket are available on request.
