While this charming home is a perfect getaway for you and your loved ones to connect, recharge, and make memories, it is also close to all major Joshua Tree attractions for you to enjoy. The space This entire 3 bed / 2 bathroom home has been recently upgraded to rejuvenate its charming nature and is equipped to comfortably host 6 guests. The central AC will keep you cool during the hot summer days and warm during the cold winter nights. Joshua Tree sure has some great local restaurants, but nothing beats a home-cooked meal. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary essentials and equipment you need to serve your loved ones a warm meal. A BBQ grill is also available in the backyard. Need some time to recharge after exploring the national park? Gather around the living room, which includes a comfortable couch, a 50" TV, a wood fireplace, and beautiful decor. This home also features a reading/board game room. When you’re ready to wind down, head to the bedrooms for some well-deserved rest. Each of the three rooms features a comfortable memory foam mattress, a vibrant hand-painted mural, and a TV so you can relax with your favorite shows or movies before drifting off. Stay warm by enjoying the hot tub and barrel sauna during the cold desert nights and cool down with the plunge tub and pool in the hot summer days. Enjoy Casa Del Sol! Guest access You will have access to the entire house including the backyard except the owner's closet in one of the hallways as well as the shed. No need to worry, the home has plenty of space for you to temporarily store your personal belongings! Other things to note HOT TUB/POOL RULES: - By entering and using this property, all guests, visitors, and invitees (collectively referred to as "Guests") acknowledge and agree to the following: - Non-Deck Structure: The wooden structure surrounding the above-ground pool is for aesthetic and structural purposes only. It is not designed, intended, or approved for use as a deck, platform, or recreational area. - Prohibited Activities: Guests shall not stand, sit, walk, climb, jump, dive, or otherwise place weight or engage in any activity on or atop the wooden frame. - Injury Risk: The wooden frame is elevated above hard ground. Any fall from the structure may result in serious bodily injury or death. Guests agree to exercise extreme caution and supervise all minors at all times. - Assumption of Risk: Guests voluntarily assume all risks related to personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from any use or misuse of the pool frame or adjacent area. - Release of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guests hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Property Owner, Host, and affiliated parties from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages related to the aforementioned structure. - Breach & Removal: Failure to adhere to these safety requirements constitutes a breach of house rules and may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund, and may subject Guests to additional fees or legal liability. NOISE: - The home is located near a main road, so light road noise may be heard at times during your stay. Additionally, our back neighbor shares our fence in the backyard, who owns a dog. The dog is quite friendly and may want your attention to play so you may hear them calling out. You should have no issues with noise, as they are masked by the walls in the home as well as the fencing / gate installed in the backyard. The fence and gate will also provide you with plenty of privacy for your loved ones to enjoy all the amenities in the backyard. However, please note that we are not an off-grid/secluded experience. - Our pool is NOT heated, so we have provided a sauna and hot tub to keep you warm during the colder months. The pool is open all-year long! SECURITY: - For your safety and security, we have installed 2 motion-activated Ring cameras with recording capability, one on the carport facing the driveway, and one near the front door. There are NO camera in the backyard. Additionally, per city regulations/ordinance, we are required to have a noise monitoring system that ONLY records decibel levels (noise levels) and NOT conversations, and is installed in the backyard (outside of patio). The interior of the home is 100% private and does not include any cameras or noise monitoring systems. GENERAL AMENITIES: - Please ensure you read our directions which will be provided to you when using these amenities. FIREPLACE: - If you would like to use the indoor fireplace, please note that we do not provide complimentary firewood. You can purchase firewood at the nearby Home Depot or Walmart which are both a 2 minute drive away. TRANSPORTATION: - Please note that Ubers/Lyfts are not abundant in the Joshua Tree area, so we recommend driving your own vehicle or renting one.
