A modern beach cottage settled in a quaint neighborhood of 30A. Less than 1/2 mile from the white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. We boast one of the best beach accesses on 30A. Gulfview Heights Beach access is also close to coastal dune lake Draper Lake just a short walk down the beach. Scheduled private pool time at owners pool M-F through mid-October! $25 per night per pet The space ****Please note: You must be at least 25 years of age to book this property. College-age spring break groups are not permitted***** The cozy cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway or a beach vacation for a small family with 1-2 young children. When you walk in you immediately notice the light and airy coastal decor. You have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to enjoy family meals. The living room area features a fold down sleeping sofa for 1 person or 2 small children. The full bathroom with tub-shower combo has a nice amount of space to get ready for a day at the beach or for a delicious meal at any of the amazing nearby restaurants. Location, location, location! Minutes away from the Longleaf Pine Trail through Point Washington State Forest, the bike path of 30A, down the street from the locals favorite Goatfeathers Seafood Market , Shunk Gulley's Oyster Bar, Gulf View Snack shack Ice Cream and coffee, Growler Garage craft beer, and many other amazing restaurants. Bikes and beach gear are included along with a private yard, BBQ grill, and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs nestled in the trees. Guest access Guests have full access to all the areas of the cottage. Other things to note While there is a larger home on the property separate from the cottage, we've built privacy fencing and planted tropical greenery to give you a completely private space. You might notice some construction happening on the lots next door, which is common in our area right now. Luckily, the cottage is very well-insulated and quiet inside, and strict community rules restrict work to standard daytime hours. We love hosting and always go the extra mile to ensure our guests have a comfortable, amazing stay!
