Large house with swimming pool and beautiful wooded garden

Former winemaker house which consists of several buildings, a wooded courtyard with large terrace and a garden with a swimming pool secured by a gate. You will have access to the large house (5 air-conditioned bedrooms at 25°C), the harvesters' house (1 air-conditioned bedroom), the garden and the pool. The house is located in the heart of the pretty village of Aigues-Vives in the Gard, between Nîmes and Montpellier, close to the beaches and the Camargue. All shops are within walking distance. The space The large house (230 m2) which has been fully renovated, consists on the ground floor of an entrance hall, a large fully equipped kitchen overlooking the terrace, an extensive dining room, a TV lounge equipped with a ceiling fan and toilet. Upstairs, the mezzanine serves the 5 bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning (25 ° C): 3 bedrooms with double bed (160), 1 with 2 single beds and 1 with 3 single beds. They are completed by 3 bathrooms with 3 showers, 3 toilets and 1 bathtub. The house overlooks a large terrace in the shade of the huge century-old micocoulier with table and chairs for 13 people. The harvesters' house consists of a living room with equipped kitchen and a mezzanine comprising a bedroom with double bed (160) and a shower room with toilet. In the garden completely out of sight is the 7m by 4m swimming pool. Next to this pool, the old chicken coop has been set up to accommodate a bathroom and a toilet. A gate with a locked gate completely secures access to the pool. A ping pong table and foosball table are available. The municipal club tennis courts (5 minutes walk) can be booked online on the Anybuddy website, €15 per hour. Guest access Parking is available inside the property. Free street parking is also available. Other things to note The house is available from July 5 to August 8, the rental is weekly from Sunday to Sunday. The house is located in the heart of the village of Aigues Vives in the Gard. The bakery, grocery store, butcher, cafes-restaurants and pharmacy are less than 5 minutes walk away. The village is located between Nîmes 24km (many beautifully preserved Roman monuments and new museum of Romanity) and Montpellier 36km. It's lively all year long and the locals are welcoming. The pretty town of Sommières and its colorful and very lively market on Saturday mornings is a 20-minute drive. The beaches, the Camargue and the town of Aigues-Mortes are 30 minutes away. The Pont du Gard as well as the beautiful towns of Uzes and Arles are 45 minutes away. To reach the Cevennes, Anduze and its bamboo grove take 1 hour.
