Cozy little cottage with garden shed. Only 80 meters down to Lake Vänern and a beach you can have to yourself! Spacious verandas on both the front and back! The space The veranda on the front has a nice view of the lake, evening sun and infrared heater. The back porch is large with room for many, and more private without visibility. The kitchen that is connected to the living room is small but complete (stove/microwave/fridge/freezer) and everything you need for cooking and serving. There is also a fireplace to cozy up by. The bedroom has a double bed and in the living room there is a large sofa bed. In the backyard, there is a free-standing shed with two single beds. There is also a shed with the toilet on the corner (NOTE! Separate, no water toilet) and outdoor shower (hot water). Down by the beach, there is a beach that only residents of the cottage use (see picture). There are sun loungers with cushions. Rocky sandy beach, about 10 meters out in the water it goes over to sandy bottom. In the storage room next to the toilet, there is sports equipment such as badminton, kubb, croquet, etc. and toys suitable for children of different ages. Canoe, fishing equipment, SUP boards and bicycles are also available to borrow.
