We can refrain from using these upon request, but cannot guarantee the home will be entirely scent-free. If you have a severe sensitivity, this may not be the ideal property for you. Security: For your safety, exterior security cameras are located on the property, monitoring the front door and the front and rear of the house. They are not actively monitored unless an issue arises and do not have views of any interior spaces or the hot tub. Dock access: Please be respectful and stay to the far left along the trees when making your way to the dock. Kayaks and paddle boards are available in the shed and can be carried down to the dock. We have an electric inflator/ extension cord in the kitchen pantry if kayaks or paddle boards need more air. Watercraft may be tied up during your stay but cannot be left unattended overnight unless it is your personal property. Please note: fishing from the dock is not permitted, as neighboring boats are moored nearby and we cannot risk hook damage to adjacent vessels. Please don’t we do charge for each additional guest after two except for children under the age of 12. Please note we do charge a late fee for any guest that checks out past 10 am as we have same-day turnovers and our cleaners charge us for their time. The late fee will be $75.
