The space The Ulivo residence is located in a quiet place and in a highly prestigious environment and is equipped with a washing machine area available to guests, outdoor showers where you can cool off when you return from the sea, a barbecue area, a children's playground and an animal area. L'Ulivo is located two km from the center of Budoni, while grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants are within walking distance. Ours is a family-run residence, where you can find helpfulness and friendliness, a place to go and feel at home. Residence L'Ulivo consists of 24 apartments, which include well-furnished, clean and equipped three-room, two-room and one-room apartments, each with a veranda for outdoor dining. The property has 9 three-room apartments, 7 two-room apartments, and 8 studios. We accept arrivals and departures on all days of the week, the period of stay is free subject to availability. The furnishings are simple and functional, in a green setting and surrounded by lush vegetation. Surrounded by dense vegetation, it has private indoor parking. The residence is about 800 meters from the sea, about 10 minutes from Porto Ottiolu, 15 minutes from San Teodoro and about 30 minutes from the port and airport of Olbia. Rates include water, electricity, gas, groceries, and car parking inside the complex. Linen, daily cleaning and final cleaning are not included.
