You'll love this unique and romantic escape to a tiny hamlet in the countryside of Kent; known as "The Garden of England". Climb the spiral staircase to the beautiful treehouse suite, where you will find a stunning woodland themed bedroom and large natural themed ensuite, complete with luxury ESPA toiletries and robes. Downstairs there is a living room with plenty of board games, as well as a sofa bed, a W.C. and a large kitchen & dining room. *ESPA SPA ACCESS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR EXTRA CHARGE The space Outside you will find a colourful private garden with large heated gazebo, sun loungers and bench tables and seating. A gas BBQ and utensils is available for an additional £24. ESPA Spa only available for an extra charge (listed below). If there are more than 2 guests, a sofa bed is available in the living room, however no linen is provided. Sleeping bags or similar are recommended for its use. Note that additional guests are charged at £18 per head per night. A maximum of 4 people in total are permitted. If you would prefer access to an additional bedroom this can also be arranged for an extra fee. 50% Guest Discount for ESPA SPA: We have recently opened a stunning private ESPA spa complex which can be made accessible to you from the rear garden for your exclusive use at all times during your stay; offering an infrared sauna, ionised air purification, relaxation area with chilled water, twinkling starry night ceiling, calming mood lighting and music (or your own), ESPA toiletries & ESPA mister, 7 person jacuzzi with massage seats, rain shower & WC. The spa complex is not a safe environment for young children and as such they must be supervised at all times. You shall receive a 50% guest discount if booking the SPA which reduces the price from £196 for up to 2 people to £98 per night. Please get in touch for a custom quote for more people or more nights. Note that the ESPA Spa booked at the discounted rate is non refundable from 30 days before arrival. The ESPA Spa is paid for separately after booking and above pricing is based on a 1 night booking. The only jacuzzi/hot tub available is part of the ESPA Spa. Guest access The treehouse suite is a woodland themed bedroom and natural themed ensuite up a spiral staircase. You must be able to climb stairs to be able to access it. No-one else will be staying in the property nor making use of the garden during your stay. Nothing is shared with anyone else. Other things to note Note that the treehouse is NOT situated outside and it is NOT up a tree! It is far more comfortable than that, but we feel it's just as unique :) The only jacuzzi/hot tub is in the ESPA Spa. The ESPA SPA is only available for use for an extra charge.
