Ten minutes to Stowe Mountain Resort, walking distance to the rec path. Five minutes to main street. Access to clubhouse, outdoor pools, and tennis courts. Property backs up to excellent mountain biking trails. You will love everything this home has to offer. The space This spacious Stonybrook condo in Stowe is an amazing location to spend your vacation. First floor includes huge king bed master and ensuite with private deck, large spacious living room and dining area,plus kitchen and half bath. Basement includes full bath, large pool table area with a walk out basement, additional queen bed in this area, removed from the rest of the basement, please note this room does not have, a closed door. Additionally,the basement has a full gym. Top floor includes two more bedrooms, one queen and one with two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a full bath. Other things to note Please be advised, Stowe is a mountain town and conditions can change rapidly. We always recommend snow tires or four wheel drive around town in the winter months.
