The space The apartment is located right next to the Zürich lake and opera house which is really advance central in Zürich. Around the area you can find anything you need, bar, restaurant and cleaning service. The apartment is direct access to the garden, and it’s half basement with one double open windows and a French window door. You also can get access from the main flat, there will be no lift service to staircases. There are parking space on the property for a short stay but not for over night. Pay to park is available for day rate. The public transport is really convenient which you can take train to Stadelhofen or take tram No.2/4 to Kreuzstrasse. Guest access All space in the apartment. Other things to note This is a semi-basement independent apartment located in the city center. The WiFi network connector is not sensitive. Please consider it carefully if you have office requirements. Thanks
