DT Charming Studio Cottage/Close to Parks

Cedar’s charming brand new studio is stylish and centrally located. We pride ourselves in providing our guests with a lovely home that is spotless, beautiful, and comfortable. We want our guests to love their stay and return again. The house has a fully fenced tree shaded back yard. Everything is conveniently close: restaurants, shopping, massage, yoga, and grocery stores are all within walking distance. You are very close to all of southern Utah’s National Parks. The space The studio has a queen bed, and a pull out queen couch with memory foam mattress for extra sleeping. Comfortable bathroom. Kitchenette includes: sink, fridge, coffee pot, crockpot, toaster microwave, electric burners, and all cooking utensils. Dinning area is by kitchen. Studio is 400 sq ft and very roomy. The patio fully fenced yard is private and nice. Only 45 minutes to Zion National park. 5 minutes from Cedar Canyon, 15 min from Cedar breaks and Kolob, (the back side of Zion) Guest access Guests have access to free on property parking, fenced yard and patio and the studio. Other things to note Also located on this property is our other Airbnb: 3 DT Charming Vintage Cottage House, Close to Parks. The studio and house do not share any spaces and are completely separate, with their own private yards, and separate parking spaces. The 3 bedroom home sleeps 6 people and can also be booked through Airbnb if needed for extra guests. Please make sure you add the extra guest fee if you are using the pull out couch. This helps pay for cleaning fee with the couch and bedding to be used. We are trying to keep this unit very affordable, especially for only two guests; however, the low cleaning fee and low nightly rent is needed when we have more than two guests and hidabed is used. If you need the hidabed make sure you note that so we can have your bedding and extra towels all ready for you.
