You can enjoy the calm and nature via a fishing trip, a walk in the countryside, or just sitting on the terrace in good company! The space Hello and welcome to Le Nid de Mauricette and La Fagnonaise. We are Baptiste and Anna-Lisa, the owners of a plot of land in Fagnon, where there are 3 houses. - A 40 m2 cottage that is offered for rent and composed as follows: a living room / dining room, an equipped kitchen, a shower room, a bedroom and a separate toilet. Rated 3 stars! Ideally, the cottage is suitable for a couple or young parents with a child. - An independent room "La Fagnonaise" with its own entrance, shower and toilet. - Finally, our primary residence. Don't worry, the layout of the land has been designed so that everyone can maintain their privacy. Come and enjoy the calm of nature while being only 10 km from Charleville-Mézières. Peaceful place thanks to its private pond, among other things. Knowing well the trips accompanied by baby, we provide the necessary equipment on request: changing table, baby bed, booster seat, diapers, baby towel, sheets, baby dishes, some toys. To make your trip easier and lighten your suitcase, we provide shower towels, sheets, pillows, household products, table linen. To complete the whole, the exterior has been fitted out for even more relaxation: Chileans, barbecue, petanque court, terraces, children's structure. All you have to do is enjoy the moment! Also, it is important to point out that it is not uncommon to come across, within the property, various breeds of animals, wild or not, and in full freedom (ducks, chickens, coypus, herons, etc.). We also practice eco-grazing with our two sheep. Here are some terms required for rental: - Supervision of children in the cottage, at the playground and around the pond is the responsibility of the parents. - For health and safety reasons, it is forbidden to swim in the pond. - Warning: the accommodation is not equipped with an internet box.
