Renovated Beach House with AC and great patio!

This 3 bedroom lower unit is virtually brand new (all new furniture, AC, bathrooms, kitchen, paint, flooring, etc.). The unit is beautiful, modern, clean, comfortable and has the best AC! The patio is awesome for kicking back, people watching and enjoying the ocean view. You can easily walk to restaurants, shops and the pier from the house. 28th Street is such a great location! No expense was spared to make sure that our guests have comfortable beds, a comfortable sofa and plenty of places to sit and share a meal. The master bedroom is spacious, it has a king bed, a walk in closet and attached bathroom with shower. The second room has a queen bed and mirrored closets. The third room has a queen and a twin bed and mirrored closets. All rooms have a SmarTV. The sofa bed also has a pull out full size bed (memory foam - very comfortable). Guest access Access to entire house and garage - this is a full time vacation rental Other things to note -Host will not issue a refund after stated cancellation due dates for Covid or any other issues unless the house gets re-booked. Consider travel insurance go to the Insuremytrip website and make sure you know what is covered before purchasing. -No partiers or loud groups. Our neighbors are not on vacation 24/7 -No refunds for any reason after cancellation date (unless we find a replacement reservation). -YouTube TV provided and guests can use their own passwords to log into other apps like Netlix.
