Takari - 1 bedroom and balcony in Gràcia

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. The space Takari, located in Gràcia, is a 50 square meter space with 1 bedroom and 1 bath. The design is characterized by geometric shapes, soft tones and light fabrics. Upon walking into the apartment, there is a kitchen area to the left fully furnished with all cooking utensils and appliances. Notice the characteristic colourful tiles on the floor, typical of Catalan architecture. The living room, illuminated by the glass balcony doors, has a small dining area to the left and a lounge area on the right. The balcony stretches across the entire living room and is fitted with a small table and chairs. The lounge area, with couch facing the Smart TV, has a unique neon light adding an eccentric and warm element to the ambiance. A sliding door leads to the bedroom, which comes fitted with a queen-sized bed and work from home space. One of the highlights of the apartment is the hand-painted mural on the bedroom wall, evocative of nature and tranquility. The bathroom, near the entrance of the apartment, has a full shower. All bed and bath linens are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations. Other things to note To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay. This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
