There is a huge covered 24'x 12' balcony right out the back door. Located in the 1,200 acre Hollows Resort complete with 4 private swimming pools, lighted Sports Court (basketball & pickleball), Park on Lake Travis, playground, 800’ of shoreline swimming, 10 mi of walking, biking & hiking trails. The space Our Cottage is surrounded by over 30 acres of Hill Country with streams, hills and tails with only one neighbor! It's a one of a kind home in The Hollows. The Hollows trail system is at the edge our front yard. We picked out our lot before the Cottages were built so we could get the best. Guest access The entire Cottage is yours. There is also a detached Studio Suite that sleeps two additional people over the garage that is available only to, you, the renter of the Cottage at a small additional cost. This 325 sq. ft. Suite is ideal as an extra bedroom, playroom, den, or quiet room! It is complete with a full bathroom, satellite TV, mini refrigerator, desk & microwave. The garage is not available to renters. There is parking available for up to 4 cars at the Cottage. Other things to note The Hollows Beach Club is open year round including it's swimming pools and exercise gym. The restaurant is normally open in the summer Wed. - Sun. & weekends in May and September. Optional detached private Studio Suite over the garage is available. It sleeps 2 additional people. The cost is $50 per night plus $50 housekeeping plus tax (discounted for 5 days or more). The Suite is ONLY rented to the guest renting the Cottage. It contains Queen size hide-a-bed couch, a private bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, satellite TV, coffee maker and work desk. Its over 300 sq. ft.! Occupancy Taxes: The 6% Texas occupancy tax is included in the quote. The 7% local occupancy is not included in the quote and will be collected separately.
