Dear future guests, We are three friends who would like to welcome you in our ‘sleep and art’ rooms in the apartment named Atelier 5. It is a place where you can sleep comfortably and enjoy the exhibitions of photos, paintings, sculptures, texts - poetry and other art works created mostly by the artists who live in Venice, but also by the artists from abroad. The space Bright apartment on the second floor, with three private guest rooms: two double rooms and one single room. Guests have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen and a shared bathroom with shower. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with guests staying in the other rooms, so we kindly ask everyone to use them with care and leave them clean after use. Each room is simple, comfortable and decorated with artworks exhibited in the apartment. Guest access Guests have access to their private room, the shared kitchen and the shared bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, toaster and kettle. We also offer coffee, barley coffee and a selection of teas. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner, but we kindly ask everyone to wash the dishes and clean the kitchen after use. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The washing machine may be available in the afternoon, only for guests staying at least 3 nights and only if agreed in advance. Please note that we also use it for bed linen and towels when preparing the rooms for new guests, so availability may depend on check-ins and room changes. During your stay We do not live in the apartment, but we live nearby and are available if needed. We are happy to help with practical information, local tips and suggestions, while respecting our guests’ privacy. Other things to note * Check-in is from 14:00 to 20:00. Earlier arrival or luggage drop-off may be possible from 10:30, only if agreed in advance. * Check-out is before 10:00. * There is no reception in the apartment, so please let us know your expected arrival time a few days before your stay, so we can organize your check-in and welcome you properly. * Self check-in is available only in exceptional cases and must be agreed in advance. * Luggage storage after check-out is generally not possible, except in exceptional cases before the next guests arrive and only if agreed before departure. * No security deposit is required. * City tax is €4 per adult per night, for the first 5 nights only, and must be paid in cash upon arrival. * Please remember that all guests must provide a valid ID or passport for registration, as required by Italian law.
