Channel Island Cottage

***Water access only fully renovated in 2022. Located in a quiet channel 5 mins from Marinas in Parry Sound. You can take a water taxi from the marina, rent a boat or BYOB. Excellent fishing and swimming from the dock with a sand bottom. Screen gazebo for buggy nights, firepit and lots of space for outdoor activities. We have three youth kayaks, one youth SUP board and two full size adult Boards, tons of sand toys, badminton and lawn darts. Second family? Check out Channel Island Hideaway The space Cottage has generous updated kitchen open concept to living room, kids room has bunk bed(3 single) Queen bed in well separated master. Guest access kayaks and SUP available for paddling adventures, water taxi is provided for check in and check out (additional fee from the marina). Cottage has recently added a wood burning sauna. Other things to note Weekly rentals are proffered but also open to Monday to Friday in the month of July.
