BACKYARD - fully fenced (though small dogs may be able to crawl under in places). Large lawn area for games, gardens are not ‘manicured so at times can be wild and weedy. Large trees include gums. If you are not comfortable staying and playing in this environment, this is not the property for you. FRONT YARD - Electric gate remains open. Please do not ask for a code to close it. PARKING - Double lock-up garage. Room for small boat etc in front yard. INFANTS - This property is not set up for infants. We do not provide cots, highchairs or baby gates. PETS - On request and by prior approval only. We generally welcome well socialised, outdoor pets. Cleaning up after your pet is expected - including doggy deposits in the yard. Please do not allow your pet to bark incessantly or 'run the fence-line' antagonizing the dogs next door. WHEELIE BINS - We appreciate guests putting out the wheelie bins per schedule on the fridge or via the text reminder. If it's noticed by co-host the bins are not out as required, they may enter the front yard to put out, without notifying you. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the property within their confirmed booking dates. A pool maintenance contractor will enter the property without notification to you, to perform pool clean etc. This may occur during your stay and takes approx one hour. Guests DO have access to the double garage attached to the house. Additional sheds are not for guest use and are remotely monitored. Several locked cupboards within the property are not for guest use. Other things to note Tucked Away is a lived-in family home. You won't find everything matchy-matchy and we don’t iron the sheets! As we have several big trees in our yard, it is all but impossible to keep the outdoor areas squeaky clean and certain areas of the yard are often a bit on the 'wild side'. Please keep in mind we are not a display home. Though you will feel tucked away from the world in our yard, we actually have 5 neighbours. Please respect their right to a quiet neighbourhood by obeying the noise regulations. Quiet by 10pm! Thank you
