Just 450mt walk to IGA, bottle-shop, fish and chips. Double attached garage and room for your tinny in the front yard. ***Pets on application*** Handy to shops, cinema, CQ University, The Brothers Club and the Sandi Hook Ski Club. Duffy's buses stops at the gate. Local beaches are approximately 20 minutes drive...(If you plan to visit the turtles at Mon Repos, make sure you pre-book to avoid disappointment.) Plastic plates and cups for 4 children. DINING - seats 8. Wall mounted TV. LOUNGE - seats 8. Two single recliners, two 3 seaters. Large wall mounted smart TV. SITTING ROOM - Two 3 seaters. (Great spot to read a book while you wait for the potato to boil, or to hang out when the kids are loud in the lounge room.) OFFICE - built in desk, wide-screen Samsung monitor (BYO HDMI cable), office chair. LAUNDRY - front loader washing machine, dryer, outdoor clotheslines. DO NOT leave the home with the dryer unattended. THIRD TOILET UPSTAIRS - ducted air-conditioning. Timber floors. BEDROOMS 4 Bedrooms - (Master: king bed, ensuite with shower/toilet/vanity and WIR), 2 X Queen rooms, 1 x twin single room. Bedside tables, lamps, ceiling fans, clothes hangers, linen... refer to images. MAIN BATHROOM - Bathtub, separate shower, toilet, vanity. OUTDOOR AREAS Covered entertainment/BBQ area - 8 seater table. Hanging pod chair, BBQ, sink. Back deck - two single cane chairs and table - best spot for morning coffee. Bali Hut - two x single chairs, one double. INGROUND POOL - There is no "shallow end". No floatation devices or pool towels are provided. BACKYARD - fully fenced. One yard has a lot of very large trees (including gums). It is "wild and untamed" in places with plenty of cobbler-pegs to get stuck in your fur baby. If you are not comfortable staying and playing in this environment, this is not the property for you. FRONT YARD - Private but not fully fenced. The electric gate will remain open. The Bali hut is located in the front yard bitumen driveway. PARKING - Double lock-up garage attached to home. Remote control permanently attached to the wall inside the garage. Ample parking space for car/tinny in the front yard. No vehicles are permitted in the back yard. INFANTS - This property is not set up for infants. We do not provide cots, highchairs or baby gates. The back deck has no rails (legal height for no rails). PETS - We welcome well socialized and vaccinated pets - no dangerous breeds. Pets are welcome to stay in the back fenced yard. Pets may be allowed inside the house (downstairs only) upon request, confirmation and prior approval only. It is the guests responsibility to clean up after their pets - including checking the yard and removing any "deposits" before they leave. Please message us to discus when sending your enquiry. COVID PROTOCOL - The health and comfort of our guests is our top priority. This property is maintained by a professional cleaning company who follow and implement AIR BnB's 5 step Covid-19 cleaning system. This is in accordance with the Queensland Government's rules and guidelines. Guest will have full exclusive access to the entire property during their stay. Pool cleaning and yard maintenance is carried out by third parties. With the tumultuous weather we have had this year, and the shortage of workers, these jobs need to fit in when there is sunshine. This may be during your stay - we will do our best to advise in advance. Some spaces are NOT accessible by guests. Outside, these include two separate 3 car sheds located in the front and back yards. One locked door adjacent the pool gate (private storage), double doors behind the outdoor area that house the pool pump. Inside - Locked doors - at entrance, under staircase, opposite main bathroom. Sliding cupboards in attached garage.
